  6. Security.
  7. Ease of deployment and onboarding.
  8. Fast and easy upgrades to stay current.
  9. Less equipment to manage and maintain.
  10. 10X – more functionality at a lower cost.

Although the financial impact and value of these factors varies for each company, it’s easy to see why the legacy voice and data model has been turned upside down in favor of the cloud.
