The support at IDeAcom is the best we have ever had.  We have dealt with many telecommunications companies in the past and none of them come close to the customer service we receive from John and Jeff at IDeAcom.  If we need technical support, we always hear back usually within 15 minutes and if someone needs to come to our office fix the issue, they are here either same day or next. They don't make you wait days or weeks.  Many times, Jeff is able to walk us through some simple steps to resolve the problem. This type of customer service doesn't exist anymore.

There are many companies that do what IDeAcom does, but I can guarantee, nobody provides the support they do.  This is a big investment for any company, so choose one that stands by what they sell you.
