RE/MAX Classic Group recently celebrated the grand opening of their new office, which is located in the heart of Somerset County at 78 West Main Street in downtown Somerville.
For technology and communications, RE/MAX leveraged IDeACOM’s experience in deploying voice over IP (VoIP) solutions and installed the award-winning Zultys MX 250 unified communications platform. This advanced IP-PBX allowed RE/MAX to centralize voice communications between offices. The Zultys system provides transparent connectivity including mobile integration that allows Classic Group’s growing roster of agents to receive calls on their cell phones. An intuitive, computer-based application with “click to dial” and “visual voice mail” enables agents to log into their extension from Branchburg, Somerville, or their home office. And since faxing is still an integral part of the real estate business, RE/MAX is taking advantage of web faxing (aka – fax to email).
IDeACOM helped RE/MAX Classic Group complement their solution by combining the Zultys VoIP system with AccessLine, an Internet-based phone service provider. This not only helped to reduce RE/MAX’s phone bill, but the built-in disaster recovery got them through Hurricane Sandy which resulted in 7 days without power. Thanks to the automatic failover VoIP technology, RE/MAX Classic Group’s agents continued to receive all of their calls on their cell phones as if nothing had happened.
