There’s a lot happening at IDeACOM as we ring in the New Year!

For starters, in an effort to provide you with an improved support experience, we’ve deployed a new software platform and have implemented an automated help desk ticketing system.

Second, we have launched a new email address to make it easier for you to report service and support requests. Effective immediately, please send ALL requests to support@ideacom-NJ.com. And it gets even better because we have integrated support@ideacom-NJ.com with our new help desk ticketing system. Now you can log your requests and get updates, all in one place.

And third, since most of you are covered by a VoIP support plan, we are exploring easier payment options. Stay tuned… for more on this in the coming months. But for now, I wanted to give you a heads up that all invoices will be sent via email as part of our new initiative to automate support.

Our goal for 2020 as we enter this new decade is to simplify and improve your IDeACOM support experience. And we believe that these 3 initiatives will help us accomplish this.
