Not sure why but I struggled to create a relevant and informative post this month. Even with all that creative thinking time while clearing MANY inches of snow.
Maybe I have a case of writers block… 😡
Fortunately, we took care of activating inclement weather greetings in advance of the storm for clients that needed it, and on the fly in between rounds of snow blowing and shoveling. We also deployed remote phones and softphones for those who needed to continue working though the nasty weather.
It sometimes feels like we’re the Wizard in the Wizard of Oz, making everything happen from behind the scenes, which could essentially be anywhere. It’s amazing how times have changed with cloud VoIP technology.
Although we are always happy to visit clients, today’s technology makes it more of a rare occurrence. And I guess that’s good for you because it allows us to resolve your issues immediately, hitting high marks on responsiveness and productivity.
So it’s positive all around, but we do miss seeing you…
