Not only do I expect my company to provide exceptional support to our family of clients, but I also expect our vendors to do the same for us.
I don’t think that’s an unreasonable expectation, do you?
So, let’s talk about the love you get from your phone vendor…
- Is it incredible?
- Are they responsive?
- Do they make you feel special?
- Do their actions speak louder than their words?
- Do they always go above and beyond, and have your back?
- Do they consistently exceed your expectations – all or most of the time?
- Would you feel comfortable recommending your phone vendor to a friend or colleague?
- If they miss something or make a mistake, do they own up to it and quickly resolve the issue at hand?
I would hope (and expect) that all of our IDeACOM clients would easily be able to answer YES to all of these questions.
