Remember when “the cloud” was an unfamiliar and mysterious phenomenon? Well it wasn’t that long ago…
COVID has certainly changed the way all (or many of) us work, and communicate.
And thanks to the cloud, adapting quickly and cost-effectively has been simple and successful!
The last 2 years have been tough to say the least. But one of the many silver-linings is how technology stepped up to provide the flexibility to work in ways that many of us could never have imagined.
Including this guy…
How about you?
Are you working better – from wherever?
What’s changed and improved in the way you go about your day? How do you and your team communicate? And take care of your clients?
I’m thinking that leveraging cloud-based solutions had a significant impact.
The “cloud” can supercharge SO many other applications for your business including email, Microsoft products and services, company-wide encompassing ERP platforms, and other specialized software.
From a voice perspective, and as a result of COVID restrictions, you may have:
- changed where, when, and how you work.
- shifted meetings from in-person to a video platform.
- been forced to schedule more audio conferencing calls.
- altered how you use your phones in and out of the office.
- morphed your smartphone into your extension in your pocket.
- incorporated instant/chat messaging with co-workers.
- added screen-sharing as a new sales or training tool.
- started to receive faxes online or in your email.
- introduced SMS business texting to clients.
So what’s my point here in stating the seemingly ‘obvious’?
It’s been 2 freaking years…
I’m not sure that a victory lap is in order, but give yourself some credit for surviving and thriving.
And sure, we’ve all made mistakes throughout the process. Personally, it’s been kind of a blur, but we’ve learned a lot and have come a long way.
So maybe it’s time to have a conversation and evaluate how it’s going for you.
After all, it has been a while ☹
Are there any changes that you’re contemplating? Changes you need to make but are unsure where to start?
Or perhaps there may even changes you’re unaware of which could make a difference?
I don’t know, but I’m thinking that it’s probably worth a discussion.
And discussions don’t cost anything, but a little time.
So I’ll leave the ball in your court.
Reach out to us when you’re ready. We’d love to catch up!
